Progress continues for our Nu.Q® NETs assay, with inclusion in the DETECSEPS program, a government-backed initiative in France focused on improving early sepsis detection and enabling more personalized patient care.
We also announced two additional potential clinical applications beyond sepsis: acute trauma care and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). Together, these emerging use cases highlight the broad potential of Nu.Q® NETs across both acute and chronic disease settings.

: This study, part of the SUMMIT program, tested capillary blood samples from hospital patients in Intensive Care using a lateral flow finger-prick prototype and demonstrated the detection of nucleosomes in those samples.

This finger prick sample test could be used at the bedside, in the ER, or even at home in a self-test lateral flow kit, similar to COVID-19 or pregnancy testing, thereby greatly expanding the potential market beyond centralized lab testing.
