I was over a size 20 and about 240lbs in 2013, lost about 75lbs (I was between 160/165)...no gimmicks just hard work and clean eating only...got lazy in late 2015 with working out and eating junk food and processed stuff and went up to 180😔...then started back eating good in 2016....didn’t work out during that time, and my weight stayed the same ...then 2018 I decided to love plants only (vegan🌱) and started working out at home late 2017 but still being a vegan and I feel a million times better, no anemia, and my migraines are gone...but soooo much positivity to name and my weightloss is cool with me🤸🏾‍♀️! So I’m about 170 or so now well I’m not a scale ju**ie it may be more/less ....Sooo yep all that stressin to get right BOOM, become a vegan! (Hit me up! I’m a licensed nutrition coach and can help be a guide 👯‍♀️💚)..but hey also live ya life the way you want but love yourself first!, you only have one you!💚🌱

Made some Vegan chick’n Teriyaki with my new fav JACKFRUIT 😋

Used some gluten teriyaki sauce,my fav spices, low simmer 10-20, shred/press with fork....BOOM!

I had roasted sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts, onions and colorful peppers, garlic and some brown rice and creates a rice bowl for my meal prep for tomorrow!
