What a fun interview I did yesterday morning with Jordin Sparks, The Official Johnny G. Weir and Terrell Ferguson. We chatted about their new TV show, Roller Jam on HBO Max, why quad skates are trending again, and how to have a “wheely” good time for National Roller Skating Month.
This is a behind-the-scenes peek at how I normally do my radio interviews for Audacy. When you’ve got national celebs on the other end like multi-platinum singer and actress Jordin Sparks, two-time U.S. Olympian and national figure skating champion Johnny Weir, and roller-skating legend Terrell Ferguson, you have to record the video too — even if it’s just with a 10-year-old we**am!
For context, it was 5:15 am in Las Vegas when we did this interview. That’s how I start my days at least 3 or 4 times a week.
