Important Update from Aquatech🛠💦

Hey everyone!
I wanted to share a quick (and unexpected) update. I took a bad fall in the backyard and ended up breaking my hip. I’m now scheduled for a full hip replacement and will be out of commission for a bit while I recover.

As many of you know, we’re a small operation with just one other team member helping out, so things may run a little differently for a while. But please don’t worry , we’re still here and committed to taking care of your pools the best we can.

I’ll be reaching out to all of our clients directly by text, email, or phone to go over your service schedule and keep communication open during this time.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and patience , it really means a lot while I focus on getting back on my feet (literally!).

💦As pool season opens, it might be time for an acid wash!
🦈 Some pools have discolored surfaces or stains that can develop over time. An example would be magnesium or copper stains can turn plaster from white to eventually blue. Calcium deposits can make a black plaster start to turn gray. Usually, these types of stains can’t be treated with just a good scrub and will require acid washing. Of course, any pool that is dealing with hard water or struggling with red algae will need to be drained and acid washed, and refilled.

💦Maintain the Water Levels
Many people may overlook the importance of maintaining the water levels in their pools. Allowing your pool’s water levels to rise or drop can actually throw off the chemical balance in the water. If your water isn’t maintained at the appropriate level, it could also cause your water skimmers and filters to have a harder time keeping your pool clean.
