The VIP Docs Premiere Health Care clinic is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Ramsey was born in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated from Brigham Young University.

He obtained his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. His residency was at Chestnut Hill Family Practice and its affiliated Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania. He additionally completed training and is certified as an independent medical examiner.
