Yesterday's reveal of the next group of 10 of the NHRA Top 50 Sportsman Racers was particularly special for us. Kyle Seipel was an awesome person and a great racer, and it's meaningful and fitting to see his name on this list. Congratulations to all!

NHRA's Top 50 Sportsman Racers list welcomes 10 more quarter-mile legends As part of NHRA’s 75th Anniversary celebration, an elite panel of Sportsman racing legends has collaborated to select the Top 50 Sportsman Racers from NHRA’s first 75 years. Group 1 was announced June 2; here's the second group of 10 deserving racers.

These photos are from five years ago, (you might recognize that car - if you know, you know!). Our thoughts and prayers are with our friend Craig Maddox and the Maddox family following the passing of his father, Bill.
Bill was a great guy, he loved racing (especially anything Chrysler, Dodge, Mopar, Hemi), and he stood behind Craig's racing for many years. He will be missed but not forgotten.

Here's the first 10 of 50 Sportsman greats to be named.

A lot of thought, conversation, and research went into this, and ultimately, it was more than one person's decision. Honored to be part of the process in selecting NHRA's Top 50 Sportsman Drivers and looking forward to the reveal now that all of the votes have been tallied. They'll begin to unveil them, in no particular order, next Tuesday.

Yesterday we shared a photo from the 2014 win in Chicago; today we're sharing a photo from the 2018 double-up with good friend Kyle Seipel at Route 66 Raceway. Justin won Super Stock, and Kyle defeated Aaron Stanfield for the Top Dragster title. Gotta say, this memory is extra special to us for a few reasons, but especially because it was Kyle's last national event win.

We're in Las Vegas at work, but you know we'll be paying attention to the race this weekend in Chicago. This awesome Auto Imagery photo from the Route 66 NHRA Nationals in 2014 is after JL's second Stock win (his first in Stock was 2013 in Denver) and 11th national event win overall. We loved racing - and especially celebrating - with Kyle.
