Dr. Deshpande was invited to give a talk at the Kasturba Medical College (KMC) - a prestigious medical college in India. The talk titled 'Recent Advances in Tinnitus Prevention, Assessment, and Management' was approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India. The talk was well attended by both faculty and students.

Dr. Deshpande and one of our lab members, Sarah Infante, attended the 4th Annual Tinnitus Walk at Eisenhower Park. This walk is to raise awareness, fundraise, and educate others about tinnitus. Dr. Deshpande presented at the walk on the topics of tinnitus assessment, prevention, and management.
