We would like to inform that HFO attorney Lazar Allah Rakha has diligently contested the post-arrest bail of the two nominated accused in the Bahawalpur Karishma Devi, Hindu victim of gang r**e and murder case. Today, a significant development unfolded as the post-arrest bail petitions of both Mushtaq Ahmad and Muhammad Amir were deliberated upon in the Lahore High Court Bench in Bahawalpur.

Following careful examination, it has been determined that the DNA evidence is consistent with the profiles of the accused individuals. Consequently, the bail petitions of Mushtaq Ahmad and Muhammad Amir have been dismissed by the court.

We urge everyone to stay informed about the progress of this case and to stand for justice for destitute segment of our society. Let us uphold the values of integrity and fairness in our pursuit of truth and justice.
