Current on vet and farrier as well.

When you go out to feed and one of your boys is looking like this it makes you happy. So excited to see what he produces with one of our first fresheners in a couple of months.

Well we rehomed one of the buns today, now to rehome one more bun and the Guinea pig along with about 75% of both Nubian and Nigerian herds.

After some careful thinking and looking at what’s coming, I am making the difficult decision to decrease (hopefully by 1/2) our headcount in both the Nubian and Nigerian herds.

I am also liquidating the majority of my straws. I have both Nubian and Nigerian. I just don’t have the live headcount to maintain what I’ve got in the tank and it seems fitting that someone use the genetics I’ve been hoarding.

This is not a fire sale, the timing feels right.

We will also be liquidating our rabbit and Guinea pig projects.

Small animal equipment is available.

Ok, it’s that time of year for cuts (again), sigh……anyway we will be offering two of our Nubian herdsires.

I am decreasing the amount of breeding I do for the next few years and these boys need a job.
