By booking mainly appointments, we understand that there will be no shows, cancellations, and that we will not be able to accept as many walk-ins as we did before. 🗓

However, we ask that you please call us asap and let us know if you won't be able to make it or would like to cancel your appointment, especially if you have a large group. We have had to turn away many customers due to booked appointments that don't show or cancel at the last minute.📱

Also, please understand that we have the right to CANCEL your appointment if you are late, especially if you are 15-30 mins late. Each service takes a certain amount of time to complete and we want to be considerate as to not take up the next customer's appointment time. If you are running late, please call us and we will let you know if we can still keep your appointment or if it we need to reschedule it. 😊

**Please be as specific as possible as to what service you would like when setting up your appointment so that we know how much time to set aside for you, especially if you want a design or ombre.** 💅

We have had many people change their original appointment service to something else that takes longer to complete (ex. Manicure to SNS, SNS to Full Set, Manicure to Full Set, Full Set to Ombre, etc.) We are happy to fulfill your requests as long as we don't have any appointments coming in, but please understand that we can't guarantee to service you if you change your original request. This would be unfair to our next booked customer.
