The Lewis & Clark Library’s Helena Location is hiring two (2) Collections Assistants at 15 hours each. This position was previously titled Shelver and has been expanded to include additional materials handling and behind-the-scenes circulation support responsibilities.
This position closes May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Applications must be submitted in person or electronically by this deadline. Late applications will not be considered or retained.

Saturday, May 2nd is Free Comic Book Day! Visit any of our library locations to receive a free comic. Yes, it's totally free! Choose a title from publishers such as DC, Titan Comics, Archie Comics, Oni Press, Vault, and more.

Today, our dear Bookmobile headed to its new home at the Jefferson County Library District in Washington!
We'll miss it, but are SO excited to see our brand new Mobile Library coming in just a couple weeks!
