I met a baby mini donkey today.

Ivy continues to do well- she’s had a fantastic summer season. We saw her do some stuff she hasn’t done since she was much younger.
Cantering, Gaiting smoothly, going UP all the way to the top of the pasture & staying up there all day. She seems very happy with Kori being her pasture buddy.
I am just glad Ivy is doing so well since last winter.
Mom and I are still deciding if we want Ivy to be boarded this winter…..stay tuned!!

Ranch life

We had a rough go of it this winter, and it’s been a long couple of months of taking care of her, but today was her first time out of the stall, with no restrictions ( me w/ a halter). This is just a “test run”. Stay tuned for an update….
