Sunday made it safely to her new home last night. Can’t wait to see her running free!

Sunday arrived late last night from Helena Horse Rescue in Montana. The gals did a great job backing up that rig to our gate! Sunday greeted Meccasue as she drove in, but declined the chocolate chip cookie - we were told she liked cookies-- do they have to be home made?!?!? She's also made a friend-- which will e great once we turn them out!

We had a wonderful donor donate $700 toward Sundays hay at the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary. Only $300 left to our goal!

Only a few more days until we leave to take Sunday to her new home.

We had to postpone our trip to South Dakota for Sunday to next week due to the weather, but they’re still looking for hay donations. We’re so grateful that they’re willing to take in Sunday this time of year and give her the perfect forever home, so let’s help with the hay bill! We all know how expensive hay can get. Any amount appreciated. Thank you!

All of our rescues have found a home 🥳

We are so happy to announce that Sunday, one of our BLM mustangs has found a home. She will be going to the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary in South Dakota. She will get to be wild and free while still receiving care. It took a while to find her the perfect home but we couldn’t be happier with where she‘s going.

If you are able, please consider donating. They have asked for hay money specifically.

We will be taking her to her new home in the next few weeks.

Tomorrow, December 16, we will have our final volunteer day. From 9-11am. We will have a small party to celebrate all our wonderful volunteers. Anyone who has supported the rescue or volunteered is welcome to come. We will have food, drinks and play with some horses.
