Back in February, this old Homewood house came down. Since then, we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes, and we know a lot of people in the neighborhood have been wondering what’s next.
We’re not just building a new house—we’re creating something that belongs here and adds to the story of this street.

The legal answer? I’m a licensed home builder.
The honest answer? I show up with a crew, heavy equipment, dumpsters, and a set of plans… then we completely change the landscape and disappear before the owners move in.
Luckily, it’s all permitted. 🏗️😅
