Coach Kaz

Karen started training with me some time ago and lost 30 lbs. She continued training on her own with the help of an online coach and lost another 30 lbs. A total of 60 lbs. to date and still going. I see her at the gym everyday crushing it. This woman is an inspiration and I’m so proud of her and how far she has come. Great job Karen !!!

I got to train Harrison over the holidays when he was home from the Air Force. Harrison has continued training with me with custom programming and online training while he has been serving. I'm proud to say that he has put on 14 lbs of muscle and he looks like a beast. Keep up the good work Harrison.

So many things are amazing with this commercial. First off we have Frank Zane (iconic bodybuilder) as a jacked and good looking Olympic weightlifter. Then we have the dramatization of the entire competition set up and without question the best part was when they showed the loaders try to pick up the bar 🤣. Then the whole gang meets up at the bar to have some ice cold Pabsts with the boys after some hard earned clean and jerks. This makes me feel warm and fuzzy.
