Gulch Distillers is a local business and craft distillery that ferments, distills, and bottles vodka, gin, spiced rum, apple brandy, and fernet. We create craft cocktails that showcase our spirits in our tasting room and we offer bottles of our spirits for sale for off-site consumption. We support our local community by using as many locally sourced and American made products as possible.

Happy Vigilante Day! Let's dive into Helena's history and the story behind Guardian Gin's name. The Guardian of the Gulch has been a sentinel over Helena, Montana's historic core since the first fire tower was built in 1868 to protect the mining camp. The current tower, built in 1874, stood guard for nearly 70 years as the city grew. Inspired by this iconic landmark, Guardian Gin combines five botanicals through pot distillation to create a bold, dry gin with a full-bodied texture and flavors of juniper, coriander, citrus, and licorice root.
