When we took on this renovation project, we were given 2 guidelines; no burn down before seeding and spring seeding only. Both of which we avoid if and when possible but we also want to work with clients specific needs. Right around one year from renovation this project is coming together 🔥. On this one we sprayed for broadleaf w**ds and overseeded the lawn. We also seeded an area that the homeowner had recently regraded. Give Coastal Turf a call to begin your lawn transformation!

This homeowner removed trees and extended their backyard further out. We did a complete renovation on the new area and overseeded the existing turf. A few weeks in and it’s looking good!

Just went back and checked in on this one. Around 6 weeks post renovation and that Mountain View seed is coming in thick!!

Knocked out a full lawn renovation with the Ventrac today. Bi-directional seeded with Top Choice Mountain View Seed, Fertilized and applied w**d preventative. Can’t wait to see this one come in! Call Soon to get on the schedule for your fall overseed!
