What started as a home with an aging green metal roof, brick exterior, and limited curb appeal has been completely transformed into a modern, welcoming property with character and style.

Building Integrity took this project from ordinary to exceptional by completely reimagining the exterior:

🏠 Flood Damage Restoration Progress Update 🏠

This home suffered extensive flood damage throughout both the main floor and second story. Our crew has been hard at work bringing it back together, and today we’re making progress in the living room with Sheetrock repairs and patchwork.

Every restoration project starts with rebuilding a strong foundation, and we’re taking the time to ensure everything is repaired the right way before moving on to the next phase. It’s great to see this home starting to take shape again after such significant damage.

The story behind Building Integrity and Bobby’s Construction started long before either company existed. Both of our companies got their start at Hope Construction, where John and Lisa Hope invested in us, believed in us, and gave us opportunities that helped shape our futures.

They didn’t just teach us how to build houses. They taught us how to treat people, how to work with integrity, how to honor our word, and how to lead with character. The lessons they poured into us have carried over into our businesses, our families, and our lives.

Over the years, Building Integrity and Bobby’s Construction have shared more than jobsites and projects. We’ve shared knowledge, experience, challenges, victories, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We’ve sharpened one another, learned from one another, and grown together.

Today, one of the greatest blessings is seeing our children involved. We are working hard to pass down the same values that were poured into us—hard work, faith, honesty, integrity, and service. Our hope is that they will continue building on the foundation we’ve been given and someday pass those lessons on to the next generation.

Legacy isn’t measured by the buildings we leave behind. It’s measured by the people we invest in and the values we pass forward.

We are incredibly thankful for John and Lisa Hope, for the opportunities they gave our families, and for the example they set. John has been a mentor, a leader, and a friend, and the legacy he has created continues through the people he invested in. Because of what he poured into us, we’re able to keep building—not just businesses, but futures for our families and generations to come.

This one came together great with detailed stonework and a clean finish around the whirlpool bath tub. Big shoutout to our trusted sub contractor, Fred Belli, for knocking this tile work out of the park. The texture and natural tones really brought this bathroom to life!
