Concrete or construction experience a plus, but not required.

Training provided.

This position is open because the current owner doesn’t have the time to manage day-to-day operations due to other business obligations.

This is not just a crew leader job — the right person will have the opportunity for profit sharing and potential ownership as the company grows. 💼➡️🤝

– Experience in concrete, construction, or landscaping 🧱🌱
– Reliable and able to lead a small crew 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️
– Valid driver’s license 🚚

* Mon-Fri work days
* Willing to work hard and get dirty
* Heavy lifting
* High attention to detail
* Willing to learn
* Team player

~ Ability to market and sell the product during slow season a definite plus!

** Additional requirements for Crew Lead **
* Able to lead a team of 3-4 crew members
* Valid DL
* Experience driving a truck and hauling trailers
* Delegate tasks
