Beeline landed in Food & Wine this week, on the list of the most exciting new rooftops for summer travel.

Beeline does the whole Healdsburg evening. 🍸

Sunset cocktails on the patio while the vineyards turn gold, somewhere in the middle of the night when the rooftop bar is at its best, and one last pour before you call it. Slow start, full night, quick nightcap, pick your pace.

There’s a new spring roll on the Beeline menu that’s been doing more than its share of the work.

Glass noodles, yellow-curried carrots. Light, crisp, the kind of thing you order for the table and then quietly order another for yourself. Best paired with whatever’s coming off the bar.

A Healdsburg rooftop bar that does its best work at sunset.

Velvet couches, candles, a cocktail list that reads differently when the sun’s fading. Beeline is the start-of-the-night spot and the close-of-the-night spot, pick your version.

The new menu at Beeline has been doing this thing where we order something, fully intend to share it, and then immediately need our own.

Case in point: the gordal olive skewers with pickled pepper and anchovy. The endive salad that figured out how to make dates, goat cheese, and kiwi work together. The shrimp sandwich on butter lettuce with avocado aioli. And the okonomiyaki built on Benton’s bacon and crisped cabbage...basically the reason for the entire visit.
