Hospital: Currently at Capitol Medical Center but we will be transferring her to a public hospital today, TBD where.

Diagnosis: (impression of the CT-Scan po ito) Acute intraventricular hemorrhage with mass effect. Findings in the lateral ventricles suggestive of beginning hydrocephalus. Subdural hemorrhage, posterior interhemispheric falx.
