The Hayward Air Rally is 501c3 non-profit organization whose focus is to provide safe competition in a friendly environment and whose proceeds go to provide EAA student scholarships. These scholarships provide applicants with the ability to attend a summer camp at the EAA headquarters in Oshkosh WI where they learn a variety of aviation related skills.
