Our orientation leaders have their own Ask Me signs, hand‑designed with love so now it’s your turn to guess who made which one. Comment your best guesses and see how well you know the vibes. A small hint, some partnered up to create them!

Meet the Orientation Team that has been training, planning, and prepping to welcome you home to Cal State East Bay. Behind the scenes our Orientation Coordinator and TOPS Lead Team has been working logistics for each orientation session, making sure every detail is ready for your big start!

✨ Orientation Essentials:
• Comfortable shoes (you’ll be walking!)
• A sweater or jacket — mornings get chilly ❄️
• Water bottle
• Bag or backpack
• Notebook
• BayCard (if you already have one)
• Sunscreen (optional)
• Have your NetID ready — helps us check you in faster + fix account issues 🔑

🚗 Parking:
A parking permit will be sent to your Horizon email before Orientation.
If you don’t receive it, we’ll have a limited number available the morning of — first come, first served.

📍 Finding Your Way:
Don’t worry about getting lost — there will be clear signs on campus directing you straight to the correct building. Just follow the arrows!

🍴 Lunch Provided:
Lunch will be provided for all attendees, so you’re covered for the day!
