CrossWind Machining in the Coeur D'Alene, ID area is looking for a highly experienced Shop Manager/Lead Machinist - Needs to be able to Quote, Setup, Run parts, troubleshoot, Program Manage 4-6 operators/machinists in varying skill levels. * 8yrs CNC SWISS SCREW experience MINIMUM
* Strong Micromachining experience - most parts are ½" - ¾" very tight tolerances

CrossWind Machining is looking for a Debur Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position.Experience preferred but not required. The person that will do well at this position will be extremely detail oriented. Requires ability to work under a microscope most of the day. If you have worked with small assemblies such as working on auto or airplane models, then you would probably do well at this job. We provide Medical, Dental & Vision, company matched Simple IRA. Primary function is ability to set up and operate machines for moderate to very difficult level jobs. Light programming and sharpening of tooling. Familiar with ISO 13485 or similar. Microscope usage in most jobs. Available Immediately.
Micromachining a Plus. Minimum of 5 yrs experience. Competitive Salary DOE.
