We just finished this deck for our friends Vito and Mary Ellen. It was a big project ND turned out awesome.
We just built this beautiful deck for our friends,Vito and Mary Ellen. We also built a nice new set of front stairs. They are great people to work for and look forward to some good times on thier new deck.

This deck project was on a round house with 14 sides to it. The homeowners absolutely love it. It has picture frame composite decking on each individual deck section, cocktail rail, in lay Corian top eating area and future lighting on the post tops. Looks sharp.
That is the jig we made to make the window trims for the round windows. That is Clark and 4 pieces of 5/4 x 12 picture frame mitered and using the router on both the inside of the circle and the outside of the circle trim. We made a similar jig for the curved fascia trim boards on the last post. Lots of work go into these barrels dormers...

The new dormers will line up in the roof system inside. The ceiling will be finished in pine tongue and groove and the round windows will will sight straight through the build in both directions...

Check out this roof system, it's a scissor truss system. 8 pitch on the roof side and 4 pitch on the inside. Pre built these barrel dormers to ho on the roof. Check out our mock roof plane and construction of the dormers which will be placed on the roof and detailed in tomorrow. More pics to follow......

Pine tongue and groove job... Was previously dark out dated paneling... We are doing the main floor layout.. this stuff cleans up anything.

Built this BBQ table this morning... Needed one and saw this nice pallet from a delivery and now it's a table. Should be strong enough for some drinks and steaks...

From building a megastructure to surgery, replacing some logs on this garage.We do it all!! We also enjoy Black Rifle coffee at work for morning break... Yep that's a garage... The house and grounds are quite grand...

Finished up Fred and April's deck today. It was a monster... I'm sure you all have seen the progress photos so here is a few pics of finished product. We installed a "Roxy" spindle today for Fred's dawg Roxy... Look for it in the pics. A great build... When a deck like this gets done, a party can break out at any moment! I'm sure some one else out there needs one of these..
