Remember to replace batteries in your smoke/c0 detectors if they have standard batteries and test detectors that the owners manual recommend.
Detectors should be replaced every 7-10 years. The manufacturers date should be on the back when it was manufactured. This is for electric detectors with battery back up as well.
When buying a home, make sure they are checked.
Most people replace batteries when you change your clocks twice a year except for the 10 year batteries.

You need to trust the contractor in your home.I went to replace fixtures and found incorrect installation without a box.Boxes keep any sparking inside a box.The pictures without boxes is what i found.I put pictures of what i found and how it was corrected with boxes in the wall as per code.If the wires spark without a box it could very easily start a fire.

This is what happens when you overload a power strip with electric space heaters ,Electric fireplace not directly plugged into the wall. Power strips are only meant for phone charges, lamps with led bulbs.
Power strips have very thin wires.

During this time with people not having LIHEAP or SNAP I am offfering reduced rates on emergency service calls as well as payment plans if you cant afford it during this time to all local homeowners. Dont let a fire Hazzard go .Dont overload circuits with electric space heaters. If you have to use electric space heaters,PLEASE call or text on safe ways to do it.Proof of LIHEAP and SNAP will be required. One example is to plug it directly into the wall at all times.Bathrooms, kitchen and window air conditioner plugs should be the strongest.Every plug in heater is 1500 watts so if you need an extension cord use a 20 amp rated cord or at the minimum a 15 amp cord for a 1500 watt heater.

This is the way I leave all of my customers, I didn't put the same cfm fan in.We went from a 80 cfm to a 120 cfm for a small bathroom to remove humidity quicker instead of leaving the fan on for an hour.I have many customers text me after the work is done.
