I help people transition from a life they knew, to a life they love. To become more of themselves.

Inner-play musing: Feeling the need for a bigger perspective? This book has been opening my mind (and heart) in ways I never considered. I now understand that every species (and I would add - every sentient being) has its own Universe. We are surrounded by others who literally don't see (hear, touch, feel, sense) the world the way we do. Which also means we individually also carry a unique perspective. Check it out.

Inner-play musing: maybe we need some miracles in our life right now? Come join me in the unknown so we can create that new story together.

Inner-play musing: An invitation to be yourself - to find places and people where you can show up fully as yourself. That's my wish for you in this new year!

Inner-play musing: this reminder came to me this week - to focus on what I need, what is present right here and now - rather than on my future desires. Yes, initially getting a clear image of what you want in the future is helpful. And then I've learned (and am still learning!) that after that it's time to let it go and be present. Allow the Universe to work her magic. My job is to focus on what I actually need in this moment. This has helped me move out of fear this week. Might it do the same for you?

Inner-play musing: I highly recommend that we follow our hearts.

Inner-play musing: I'm trying to make space for more play, and to even find out what my body feels is play! So funny that we forget, that I can forget. Soon I want to explore my "play history", that is capturing what was natural for me, what brings me joy. Like George Bailey laments towards the end of the movie "It's a Wonderful Life": "I want to live again"!

Inner-play musing: How can I make life more beautiful today? How can you?

Inner-play musing: living life fully. I recently learned to look at "acceptance" in this case as more of acknowledging what is. Taking in fully that which is present so that you can follow the energy of where that wants to take you.

Inner-play musing: ever had one of those days? One of those days where doing the smallest thing, even in support of yourself feels taxing? I've been having these for the last few days and this pic reminded me of the incredible gift a yoga teacher once gave me. She encouraged us to just show up, and even if we spent the whole hour in child's pose on the mat, we were still doing yoga. Let's be gentle with where we find ourselves, shall we?

Inner-play musing: "I want to be your friend", I said to my body. What a shift! Try it on, maybe you'll get a shift in perspective. Our bodies are trying to protect us, carry us, in the best way they know possible (and also navigate a whole bunch of stuff they never dreamed would exist). You are not your body, but you can be his or her friend.

Inner-play musing: I see this as the flip-side of Einstein's quote that you can't solve a problem at the level in which it was created. Maybe it will help me look at challenges differently! (And finally, a fortune cookie that had some wisdom :-) ) Where are your problems leaving you?

Inner-play musing: something I learned in practicing Holacracy - What's the smallest decision you can make and what's the last possible, responsible moment you can make it? The point is to keep your options open so you can respond to what the Universe is presenting you with in this next moment. To keep yourself from locking yourself in to future plans that may not suit your future self!
