A talented Chef and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. My name is Anthony Grimaldi. I have been traveling around the U.S.

My life is food; cooking, eating and teaching everything about it. I am a chef full time, however I have a passion to cook for others in order to help them and help them bring out their "inner chef." and Europe in order to gain a more vast understanding of food and its applications.
