We are a group of fantastic individuals with a love of flow arts such as hooping, poi and juggling. We love arts, music and creative expression.

Catch us out and about and watch us as we journey on and grow bigger every day! We meet weekly and grow every week with new members adding their own dynamic to the group which is truly amazing. We welcome new members so if you have a love of any form of flow art style or want to learn join us! Catch us around at shows, beaches, parties and other events throughout the year!
