This weeks current events:
Brad Pitt may get residential custody of his children. You may be surprised to know that a celebrity custody court case is not much different than a custody matter with us “regular” people. One of the determining factors of which parent will be awarded residential custody of children is who the children want to live with. Typically in any court case regarding custody a child will be appointed their own attorney to represent them. This attorney will advocate for what the children want. Given the ages of the six Pitt/Jolie children (10-17 years old) the court will give serious consideration to what the children have to say. Rumor is that the children want to live with Brad. I will keep you posted as things progress with this case.
