Today we’re sharing a video showing how car production is done these days. As you watch the vehicle get assembled, keep in mind the poor souls who have to repair parts hidden/lodged in the abyss.

SUSPENSION ISSUES!!
Here we have an 06 Saturn Vue that had a steering shaft issue that rattled like a bucket of bolts.(not seen) Aside from steering it had a suspension issue in both front/rear. Came to find excessive play in both rear trailing arm bushing due to dry rot/tear. Same in the front for the lower rearward control arm bushing. All of these issue come to together for a perfect storm as it’ll cause more effort to steer straight while your car wants to go it’s own direction.

MINOR BUT EFFECTIVE ENGINE MOD!!! For people who don’t know the difference in MPI OR DIRECT. MPI(multi-port injection) sprays fuel into the intake valve to be pulled into the combustion chamber, as DIRECT INJ. hence the name directly sprays the fuel into the combustion chamber. Leaving the poor valves to never be cleaned. So as Hyundai switched over to the GDI engines (DIRECT INJECTION), they made aftermarket oil catch cans to help keep those valves clean from gunking up.
