A customer uses this 12" long boring bar on an old lathe. It's 2.5" diameter so this is a very rigid tool for some super heavy cutting. Check-out the pics for more info.

This is the front brake for Cycle Icons -Project Badger. Six 3/4" holes were machined into the hub while making sure the structural webbing on the inside of the hub was not cut. The holes will help let heat out while the bike is being raced.

Needed to put an M18x1.5mm thread on some parts but didn't have a large enough die holder. Instead of ordering a Made in USA die holder, I made one...in the USA!

The stock design for the F1-style paddle shift, reverse shift lever, commonly breaks and the replacement assembly is nearly $3,000 for a Ferrari or Maserati. This new design is made from 6061 aluminum and reverse-engineered to fit and function reliably for years. Check out the pics to read a few more details.
