We revived this in-town traditional cottage with new LVT flooring, refreshed walls, and a fresh coat of paint—making the most of every square inch to create a functional, inviting space.

❄️ Leave interior water sources dripping, if possible.
❄️ Open cabinet doors, exposing sinks, to allow heat transfer to pipes.
❄️ If the event of power loss, turn your water off at the source if possible. (Locate your shutoff today, and familiarize yourself before frigid temps arrive!) Drain water lines at your lowest fixture to help prevent busted pipes. This will often times be an exterior spigot.
