🌟 Welcome to Motivational Monday with CC & CCAR Training! 🌟
Today's reminder: Don't allow fear to stop you from going after what you want.
Fear is a normal part of growth. In recovery, coaching, and life, fear often shows up right before something meaningful is about to happen. It may tell you you're not ready, not qualified, or not capable—but fear doesn't get to make your decisions.
✨ Recovery teaches us that courage isn't the absence of fear. Courage is taking the next step even when fear comes along for the ride.
This week, challenge yourself to take one small action toward a goal, a dream, or a change you've been putting off.
🌱 Progress happens one step at a time.
💪 Growth happens outside of your comfort zone.
⭐ Your future is waiting on the other side of fear.
What's one thing you'll do this week that fear has been trying to talk you out of?
💙✨🌱

The CCAR Training team had a great time connecting, learning, and sharing at the New England NARR Conference! 🎉
From recovery residences to peer support and recovery resources, the conference brought together passionate professionals dedicated to strengthening recovery communities across the region.
We're grateful for the opportunity to learn from others, share ideas, and continue building relationships that support recovery housing and long-term recovery for all.
Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success. We left inspired and energized for the work ahead!

"I am grateful for the love I have, for the capacity I have to receive and give. I wield it with intention and handle it with care."
Recovery teaches us that love is more than a feeling—it is a practice. It is learning to receive support when we need it, offer compassion when we can, and extend grace to ourselves throughout the journey.
As recovery coaches, we witness the power of intentional connection every day. We know that healing happens in relationships, trust is built through consistency, and growth flourishes when people feel seen, heard, and valued.
This week, consider how you are giving and receiving love in your own recovery journey. Are you allowing yourself to accept support? Are you offering kindness to yourself with the same care you give to others?
Love is a strength. Use it with intention. Handle it with care.
🚨 Recovery Coaches, we've got a coaching challenge for you!
This week's Question of the Week with Katrina is designed to get you thinking about how you would approach a real-life coaching conversation.
🎓 A person you're coaching is in college and shares that they don't feel very connected to their peers because so much of the social culture revolves around drinking.
How would you respond? What coaching questions would you ask? How would you help them explore connection, belonging, and recovery-supportive communities?
Drop your thoughts in the comments below and let's learn from one another! ⬇️

Who Supports the Recovery Coach?
Recovery coaches dedicate their time, energy, and heart to supporting others on their recovery journeys—but it's just as important to nurture your own well-being.

Together, we'll reflect on purpose, reconnect with what inspires us, and discuss practical ways to cultivate balance and fulfillment in our coaching practice.
This interactive session is designed to provide recovery coaches with a space for connection, growth, encouragement, and professional development.

🌱 Motivational Monday 🌱
“Today I will be kinder to myself.”
Recovery and growth don’t happen through perfection—they happen through progress, self-awareness, and self-compassion. Whether you're in recovery, supporting others, or walking alongside someone as a coach, remember that the way we speak to ourselves matters.
Recovery coaching teaches us to focus on strengths, celebrate small victories, and extend the same grace to ourselves that we so freely offer others. Today, challenge yourself to replace self-criticism with encouragement, judgment with curiosity, and pressure with patience.
You are doing better than you think. Keep going. 💚
