Spring has sprung! 🌷💛 Last week, our adults and school-aged kids engaged in seed-planting and flower gardening activities. These sensory-rich experiences involved exploring soil and textures, planting beautiful flowers and soaking up the sunshine. At Generations Crossing we love providing hands-on moments that spark nostalgia and give everyone a chance to nurture something new. We are excited to watch the flowers bloom and brighten our shared spaces!

A special thank you to Friendly City Florals for generously donating the sunflower seeds and soil to support the gardening activities. Your kindness helps make these meaningful experiences possible.

Come gather around the Tovertafel (Dutch for "magic table") with our adult friends to play games! Generations Crossing is proud to be one of the local organizations that features a multigenerational, user-friendly interactive light projector sparking social connections, enhancing curiosity and meaningful play. The Tover system and its sensory interactive games are designed to meet the needs of individuals with dementia, cognitive and physical challenges, and other personalized needs. A few favorite games include Popping Bubbles, Shopping List, Painting with Light, Whack-a-Mole and many more!
