Dayton braces for economic impact of mini market fire The Dayton Mini Market is now considered a total loss after a fire broke out Wednesday morning, and the town is bracing for the economic impacts of the damage.

Staunton has established 2 locations where residents and business owners can fill sandbags from Noon to 5PM. This will be while supplies lasts.

Please consider whether sandbags are likely to help based on your property slope, and where runoff typically goes. Some places are more susceptible to flooding than others and there is a limited quantity available. Thank you and stay safe throughout the storm.

Augusta Health appointed Kris Doan as President of Augusta Medical Group (AMG), effective June 3. Doan comes to Augusta Health from Health First, a $2 billion health system in Melbourne, Florida, where he worked for 18 years and most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer.
