Like: Who are you serving. What makes you different. Why should anyone care. Where are you even going with this.

Without those answers, you’re just throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks. (Which is a waste of perfectly good pasta, if you ask me.)

BEHIND THE BRAND 💚 

When your client is an executive coach who helps leaders show up confidently and unapologetically themselves, the brand better do the same.  👀 

This is what happens when strategy meets intention.

Five years in and I’m still learning, but here are some lessons that hit different.

The ones I had to mess up, burn out, and trial-and-error my way through before they actually clicked.

If you’re in the thick of building your business right now and feeling like you’re doing everything wrong, you’re not. You’re just figuring it out in real time like the rest of us.

But here are a few things I wish someone had told me when I first started:

➡️ stop waiting for the perfect moment (it doesn’t exist)
➡️ cheap prices won’t get you further, they’ll just burn you out
➡️ working yourself into the ground isn’t the flex you think it is, it’s a one-way ticket to resenting what you’ve built
➡️ you don’t have to do everything to be valuable

Year 5 has taught me that growth isn’t always pretty and it’s definitely not linear. But it’s worth it when you stop trying to do it “perfectly” and just commit to doing it your own way.
