I’m officially back from vacation!

I’ve had so many questions from new and existing clients about hours, pricing & policies so I figured I’d dedicate a post to it! ☺️

One major change is I’m decreasing the amount of color options available online. I feel like having so many options has created a lot of confusion and clients booking the wrong service which has created clients being unhappy with the service they were provided because the time slotted was not enough. If you still have questions about what to book, I am MORE than happy to help you if you message me or fill the client form out in as much detail as possible! 🥰

I’ve always been transparent with all clients about my pricing and always will be! It’s something I take pride in. Another thing, I will always do my best in accommodating my clients. You all spend a lot of time & money with me and I strive to provide you the best service I can to my ability!

One last thing, I offer a 7 day free fix. If you are not happy with your hair, I will fix it for free if you let me know within 7 days. This does not pertain to appts that we have previously discussed it taking more than 1 appt to get to your end goal or if you are coming from another stylist.
