Happy Saturday! Nothing like traveling over night to train the next day. We was able to learn from one of the best in the game. Thank you Matt Serra!

Good afternoon Team R.O.C although Hwy 49 is temporarily shutdown in front of the school, All classes are still currently "OPEN" . You may have to walk from several adjacent businesses or across the street which have adequate parking spaces to accommodate the need if you can't find your way through. Hope to still see everyone tonight for a great training session.

Congrats to Xzavier who went and competed while out of town and brought back some medals! He had several submission wins and is off to a great start in his BJJ joirney.
