Gooey Salted Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup flour
Sea salt for topping
Instructions:
Mix wet ingredients. Stir in dry.
Bake 22 minutes at 350°F.
Sprinkle sea salt when warm.

What you need:
2 lb russet potatoes, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley to serve
Roast at 425°F until extra crispy.

This super simple, vibrant pico de gallo will freshen up any meal. Use it as a dip or topping for everything from tacos to grilled meats.
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeño, finely chopped
Handful of cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 chicken bouillon packet
1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
Steps:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve chilled or at room temperature!
Zesty Orange Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 packet yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
Zest of 2 oranges
1 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
Steps:
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit.
Add flour, butter, zest, and cinnamon. Knead and rise.
Roll out dough, add cinnamon-sugar mix, and roll.
Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese and orange juice frosting.

The Ultimate Triple Coconut Cream Pie 🥥🍰
Ingredients:
1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 large egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Toasted coconut flakes and whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
Whisk coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Heat and stir until thickened.
Temper the egg yolks, add them to the mixture, and cook until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and shredded coconut.
Pour the filling into the pie crust and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut before serving.

Ingredients:
• 9 Medjool dates
• 1 matzah square
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
• Flaky sea salt
• Optional toppings: dried cranberries, walnuts, raisins
How-To:
Slice each date open and remove the pit.
Arrange dates on parchment paper in rows.
Flatten with a rolling pin.
Press matzah gently onto dates.
Flip and spread peanut butter, then pour chocolate over it.
Sprinkle with toppings, freeze to set, and chop into squares.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour (heat-treated)
1 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix butter and sugar in a bowl.
Add flour, milk, and vanilla extract.
Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
