Charred sweet corn, Calabrian chile aioli, chorizo-jalapeño relish, pickled onion, and toasted baguette.

🥗 Salad Feature: Benaiahs Niçoise
Lemon pepper tuna, haricot verts, dill potatoes, blistered cherry tomatoes, 6-minute egg, cucumber, pickled shallots, preserved lemon vinaigrette, and Kalamata aioli.

🍅 Entrée Feature: Southern Tomato Pie
Heirloom tomatoes, cheddar, gruyère, shallots, and a buttery cracker crust, served alongside an arugula salad.

🥓 Not Your Father’s Cinnamon Roll
An “Old Fashioned”-inspired house-made cinnamon roll with chopped Ambrosia cherries, cherry icing, candied bacon, and our house-made orange-carrot marmalade.

🐄 Dutch Crunch Pit Beef
Tender pit beef, jalapeño aioli, provolone, pickled red onions, arugula, on fresh-baked tiger bread.

🍗 Smoked Jerk Wings
Smoky jerk-spiced wings, celery slaw, blue cheese dressing, and micro cilantro.

Start with roasted fresh figs with whipped Moody Blue, orange-thyme honey, and hazelnuts.
Then go all in on the steak pizzaiola sandwich with seared and braised sirloin, rich tomato sauce, provolone, roasted peppers, and arugula on garlic Asiago bread.

And for pasta: smoked beet ravioli with smoked beet mascarpone filling, brown butter, sage, hazelnuts, parmesan, and garlic bread.

Tender braised mole-rubbed lamb, pomegranate reduction, tomatillo-radish salsa fresca, mint crema, black bean hummus, feta, and warm flour tortillas.
