Local happenings! Good news for operators...
Harrisburg city council votes on free on-street parking after 5 p.m. Some downtown business owners saw a drop in customers when the city extended paid on-street parking times from 5 to 7 p.m. The city voted tonight on whether or not they would go back to cutting off paid parking at 5.
