The National Hurricane Center still has just a 10% chance of development indicated for a tropical wave in the Bay of Campeche. Only now, the yellow blob has changed and includes the Texas Coast. Indications are the low will push into the Mexican coast over the weekend, and then what is left of it gets entwined with a frontal boundary that will be just to our north. The chances of some showers and thunderstorms producing some heavy rain still remains, especially Monday into Wednesday. Localized flooding issues may become a concern should that happen.
