Forefront Medical Research Institute is currently recruiting for a long-term clinical trial that looks at how a combination medication (cagrilintide and Ozempic/semaglutide) can improve participants' cardiovascular health.

We are seeking candidates with and without Type 2 Diabetes who have the following:
- Have had a stroke, a heart attack , or have poor arterial leg circulation
- Are 55 years of age or older
- Are medically overweight or obese (BMI ≥ 25)
- Can attend clinic visits (initially monthly, then every other month) and receive phone calls over a period of 2.5 – 4.5 years
