On some days, you need a little roughage.

Pan seared blackened tuna steaks, roasted seasoned radishes and buttered wide egg noodles with Parmesan cheese. Did alright for a Thursday night at home.

Zuppa Toscana with gnocchi and butter bread.

Chef Trudy made us some pork chops.

Saturday morning breakfast, with some scallion and avocado toast. That's how we roll!!

Anybody up for chicken liver sammiches?

Tonight's shrimp boil may have been better than Tuesday night's sea scallops. Really a tough call.

This dish came together nicely! Refried beans with creamy jalapeño skillet chicken, avocado and sour cream. 😋 The only thing missing was a margarita. A frozen peach on the beach will due. Delicioso!!
