The Team Performance Leader (TPL) is responsible for the on-time ex*****on of the production schedule by the shop floor, as well as reporting shift performance and issues into the daily integration meeting. The TPL will be the leader of the shift. Primarily responsible for ensuring the Production Teams meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role will also be responsible for meeting continuous improvement objectives and ensuring that operators are well trained and monitoring the performance of the team and taking appropriate actions and escalation when an individual or team is not meeting goals in safety, quality, and productivity. This position will function as the Leader for the Production Teams on the assigned shift and provide more focused guidance within their shift and between shifts to ensure collaboration and overall plant success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of a spiral winder and cut-off saws, as well as other miscellaneous equipment to fill customer orders.
