We are currently experiencing a phone outage. It has been down all weekend. Brightspeed may not be out until tommorrow to fix this. Service call is placed. Fingers croseed it is fixed sooner rather than later.
January 26 2025 - Federal Express , both Air and Ground, are not running today. US Postal Service is not delivering any packages today . UPS is delivering packages , but will be picking up early today any outgoing packages. (they have not given me a time yet for the pick up) - I would get any UPS you want going out today here as soon as possible.
We are rapidly filling up with appointments for the upcoming tax season > If you had overtime pay last year it will likely not show up on your W2 for this tax season. We will need either an end of year pay stub showing Year to Date overtime paid , or a letter on company letterhead stating how much you made in overtime pay last year.

We are sorry to have to announce that we had a data breach. It was a spearfishing attack that is being linked to foreign actors. We are working with the IRS and our software provider and are confident we have fixed the problem. There is an FBI case file on the incident. Of the nearly 5000 federal returns we have prepared so far, we have identified 21 clients who had their direct deposit information switched to another account. We are thinking there are probably some more out there. It appears that was the goal of this attack . We ask to keep in close contact with us if you do have an issue with your refund. We have been assured by the IRS that everyone will receive their refund it will just require some additional paperwork and returns that have been compromised will have to be mailed in and will be delayed. We will be sharing more information as it becomes available.
