We decorated a little feather tree with gingerbread houses and sweet treats 🍬🍭🧁 Do you spot the barn?! 👀 We thought it would be a thoughtful nod to our office 🎄

The exterior of Crescent Industries Inc.'s new offices in New Freedom turned out picture perfect! 📸 In this adaptive reuse/addition project, the company's bold blue was integrated throughout the building to connect to its sister building just a few blocks away.

We are so happy to have been involved with the amazing transformation of this Southern York Co. home! 🏡 Along with a total kitchen renovation, this project consisted of a new 2nd floor ensuite (attic was unfinished), new windows throughout and a new basement recreation room with plant prep space.

We don't just design buildings, sometimes we get a little crazy and design planters for ourselves! When we get an idea.. well, we can't just sit on it, we have to create 💡✏️👩‍🎨🖌

Who likes to look at ugly concrete septic tanks covers in their yard? Not us! Last year we designed these planters, had them fabricated locally but just painting them a solid color didn't suit. We love Pennsylvania Dutch folk art so to kick these planters up a notch, we asked LoveBug Illustrations by Annelise to run with that aesthetic. She knocked it out of the park - we could not be happier!

A stunning transformation of a restored exterior in the HARB district in

A custom double-beveled profile was made to our specifications, provided by Americana by Bingaman, a company located just North of us in Pennyslvania. The Americana Thermally Modified Wood is made with heat and steam - it's chemical-free and will stand the test of time!

We are thrilled with the outcome - mixing new and old, while retaining the historic charm.

This addition/adaptive reuse office/manufacturing project in New Freedom is coming along nicely! It's been in the works for 2.5 years and is nearing the finish line.
🤩 We can't wait to see it completeled!

A curb appeal renovation in East York - new box-bay with curved standing seam copper roof and interior window seat, arched portico, stone siding and matching copper roof above the garage doors. 🤩 This project turned out beatifully!
