It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our President, Charles "Chuck" McGough.

Chuck was more than a leader at CAM Innovation ? he was the heart behind so much of what this company became. He believed deeply in hard work, innovation, loyalty, and building meaningful relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and our community.

For decades, Chuck poured his passion into CAM Innovation and into the people around him. He challenged others to grow, encouraged pride in the work being done, and genuinely cared about the success of those he worked beside every day.

While our hearts are heavy, we are incredibly grateful for the legacy he leaves behind ? one built on integrity, resilience, and the strength of the people he believed in.

We extend our deepest condolences to Michelle, his children, family, friends, and everyone whose lives were touched by Chuck.

Founded as Peerless Equipment, we began by building machines for the steel, mining, and transit industries.

In 1965, we became CAM Industries, pioneering advanced motor repair tools that transformed the industry.

By the 1970s, CAM was exporting around the world — earning the U.S. Government’s prestigious “E” and “E Star” awards for excellence in exports.

In 2005, we rebranded as CAM Innovation, continuing our legacy with advanced technology for aerospace, automotive, defense, and energy sectors.

Over a century later, we’re still Hanover proud — building precision machinery that keeps industries moving forward.
