EHMMS students harvested more of their aquaponic grown lettuce this morning and the cafeteria turned it into side salads for lunch. Great job everyone!

Students have also enjoyed delicious kale side salads this month that really show off how flavorful and vibrant local greens can be🥬

EHMMS kitchen staff have been creating some amazing meals for staff. And the coleslaw is always delicious!
